How do Payments Work?

Payments and Billing

1. Payments and Billing go through Stripe Checkout, a third-party payment processor integrated with CoLo.
2. During registration users will be charged $25 up front from the annual fee. 
3. Users will be charged the remaining amount of the annual fee upon their first match.
   1. Note that regardless of whether or not a user has received a match, they will be charged the remainder of the annual fee after the earliest of one year following their registration or completed match.
   2. Users are free to cancel their account at any time and will be notified of the upcoming fee 7 days prior and then 2 days prior.

4. Users will then be charged the full fee annually on the date of their first match or one year after the initial fee of $25, whichever comes first.
