How does the Matching Process Work?

  1. The matching process will begin after placing your hotspot(s).
    1. For more information on how to place hotspots click here.
  2. CoLo will first verify the user and the hotspot they've placed.
    1. Users will be notified by email when they are verified.
  3. When CoLo sees that your verified hotspot is within an overlapping area with another users verified hotspot, we will reach out to a developer to discuss moving forward with the match.
    1. If you have a preferred developer, please include them as early as possible since we would like to get them started on the horizontal development. For more information on how to submit a preferred developer click here.
  4. At this point if the developer agrees to move forward, we will approve of the match and the users will receive an email notifying them that they have been approved to match.
    1. For the sake of anonymity, email/notification will not state the specific tenant but instead the category it fits under, for example, Chick-fil-a would appear as "Chicken Restaurant" and AT&T would appear as "Mobile Retailer."
  5. Now the users can choose to either Approve or Decline this match. In the case that both users approve, they will now be able to see the borders of each other's hotspots, however, will still not see anything more than the category of the tenant.
  6. The users should now each click "Info Exhange" and put in the title, name, and contact information of the individual they would like to be communicating with the other tenant and developer.
    1. It is at this stage that the names of the tenants and developer will be revealed.
  7. At this point the users will have to decide on whether they would like to stick with the same horizontal developer for the vertical development (whether that developer be the CoLo approved developer, or the prior submitted preferred developer).
